Science has established that there are no meaningful genetic differences between racialized groups. What we call races are social constructs, with no underlying biological basis or scientific validity. On the outside we may look different, but genetically people are pretty much the same.
It follows that there cannot be meaningful genetic differences between races in their educational ability or intelligence. Unfortunately few schools teach these scientific findings, while claims for racial differences in intelligence or educational ability are made by racists, fueling racism and discrimination in society.
We are working with primary schools to produce scientifically accurate educational materials to teach children about race and racism.
